4 Interactive Modules:

  • Module 1 – Mental Health & Stigma
    Explore the impact of stigma and the importance of respectful dialogue.
  • Module 2 – Mental Health Continuum Tool
    Learn to identify changes in mental health using a proven visual framework.
  • Module 3 – Stress & Resilience
    Practice the β€œBig 4” coping strategies to remain resilient during stress.
  • Module 4 – Supporting Your Team (Managers only)
    Build skills to respond appropriately to your team’s needs using the Mental Health Continuum Tool.
