In addition to her consulting work, Linda is a Disability Management Coordinator with the Winnipeg Regional Health Authority and previously served as the Employee Health and Wellness Specialist at the University of Winnipeg. She’s a Certified Disability Management Professional, Psychological Health and Safety Advisor, and a guest lecturer who has taught at both the University of Alberta and Eastern Washington University. Her earlier career included hospital, community-based, and private practice roles in mental health-focused occupational therapy.
Linda brings a thoughtful, real-world approach to workplace mental health. She lives in Winnipeg, Manitoba with her husband, two children, and her rescue dog, Aspen. On weekends, you’ll often find her enjoying nature trails — Aspen joyfully leading the way. She is proud to support organizations across Manitoba — and virtually throughout the rest of Canada — in building mentally healthy, resilient workplaces.
