When You Invest in Workplace Mental Health, Everyone Benefits
Every week, more than 500,000 Canadians are off work due to mental health concerns — and yet, most employees still don’t feel comfortable talking about it. Only 23% say they’d be willing to speak with their employer about a psychological health issue.
Why? Because mental health in the workplace is often misunderstood or avoided. That silence can leave employees struggling — and unsure of where to turn.
Workplace Mental Health First Aid training helps break that silence. This evidence-based program equips managers and employees with the confidence, language, and practical skills to recognize mental health challenges and respond effectively — whether in person or online.
